
I was not surprised when I heard that this was the back side of you guessed it...Britney Spears! Even though I am not a big fan of her music, at one point in her life...not so long ago, she had a totally fit body.
My advice for Britney, fire your personal trainer, stop eating the bon-bons and lay off the booze! If I was Britney Spears personal trainer I can assure you that she would not have legs or a butt that looked like that.
I am going to call this the "If you don't want look like Britney Spears Workout"!

Alternating Lunges-15 each side
Split Jumps-15 each side
Jump Squats-15
Repeat 6 times
