Soft and Squishy
Don't just think because your thin you have a "Get out of a workout for free card"! I hear it all the time... she doesn't have to workout, look how thin she is...what are you an idiot? EVERYONE must workout.
There is a HUGE difference between being thin and being healthy. Below is a picture of Lindsay Lohan.

On the left is Lindsay Lohan back in 2004 looking healthy and fit with a very nice shapely figure to go with that body. Looking at that picture I see a flat stomach, nice toned arms and a very healthy chest.
On the right is Lindsay Lohan in 2006. Now that is attractive, a much better look then in 2004 don't you think?
She's lost all of her muscle and all she has left is fat. Check out those arms and shoulders and what happened to that nice chest of hers? She has gone from someone looking hot, fit and healthy to "skinny fat".
Mischa Barton
That's right Mischa, just because you are young and tall and slim does NOT mean you are immune to that which is inevitable in life: LUMPY thighs.

Penny Lancaster

Rod Stewart's 6-foot-1 fiance Penny Lancaster may have lost the baby weight she gained last year, but she hasn't lost the cellulite! Further evidence that even the genetically-blessed can't escape this fact of life... you are skinny fat.
Drew Barrymore is "skinny fat"

Drew Barrymore (she's the one on the right) was recently photographed in Mexico looking, well, soft and squishy. In the latest Elle magazine she talks about how losing 20 lbs has made her "more confident." Don't get me wrong. I think Drew is totally cute but maybe - and I'm just saying maybe - this confidence is premature. It looks like she lost all her weight in muscle and didn't do anything to preserve it, hence the sagging, flabby figure that remains. Or maybe she's just "retaining water" from too many margaritas and tortilla chips.
Paris Hilton
Yep. Paris was photographed "working out" during a scene for her new movie "The Hottie and the Nottie". She's looking pretty skinny fat here, which means she probably actually doesn't work out regularly, AND she is sporting our favorite leveler of the rich and famous: cellulite.
Simply being thin does not automatically qualify you as fit!
These are perfect examples of people (celebrity's) who are skinny fat. There is no way these ladies are eating healthy and working out like they should. You must consistently be engaging in both aerobic and resistance exercise at least 5 days a week to become truly fit. Six would be better.
I could get every single one of these ladies looking sexy and shapely again if they would just pick up the phone and call. Better yet attend my outdoor Fit Camp that starts September 17 and runs through October 12.
Go to www.bocaratonfitcamp.com to see where you can sign up.
Make it a habit just like brushing your teeth. Every day try to do something. We live in a world of excuses, please don't fall victim to it.
